Role and Responsibilities

As a Tuk Tuk Driver you will be primarily be tasked with driving customers from point A to point B safely and securely with a smile.

  • Safe defensive driver
  • Great, clear communication with customers and co-workers face to face, over the phone, and texting
  • Responsible, confident decision making on the spot
  • Calculating fares on the spot, handling cash, running credit cards
  • Knowing city streets and popular attractions
  • Promoting the business during down time to the public on the street

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Must have 3 years clean driving record

High School/GED required

College a plus but not required

Customer service experience

Preferred Skills

  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Must have a good working knowledge of downtown Naperville city streets and popular attractions
  • Must enjoy being around and talking to people
  • Must be proficient with navigation on a smart phone
  • Must be able to multitask between answering the phone, texting, calling, and talking to people in the vehicle
