Role and Responsibilities
As a Tuk Tuk Driver you will be primarily be tasked with driving customers from point A to point B safely and securely with a smile.
Safe defensive driver
Great, clear communication with customers and co-workers face to face, over the phone, and texting
Responsible, confident decision making on the spot
Calculating fares on the spot, handling cash, running credit cards
Knowing city streets and popular attractions
Promoting the business during down time to the public on the street
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Must have 3 years clean driving record
High School/GED required
College a plus but not required
Customer service experience
Preferred Skills
Must have excellent customer service skills
Must have a good working knowledge of downtown Naperville city streets and popular attractions
Must enjoy being around and talking to people
Must be proficient with navigation on a smart phone
Must be able to multitask between answering the phone, texting, calling, and talking to people in the vehicle
